Prices are ranges: The cost figures on this site come from Tulsa-area cost estimators (2026) and, where marked, national cost guides. Each figure lists its source. They are not quotes. Your price depends on your roof's size, pitch, layers, decking and the material you choose, and it's set in the roofer's written estimate.

Tools give a rough read: The cost calculator gives a ballpark, and the repair-or-replace quiz gives a quick read, not a diagnosis. Neither one can see your roof. Only an inspection can tell you its condition.

Rule summaries aren't legal advice: Our pages sum up parts of Oklahoma's Roofing Contractor Registration Act, HB 1940 (2022) and city permit pages in plain words. Laws and city rules change. Check the current rules with the Construction Industries Board, the Oklahoma Insurance Department or your city's permit office, and speak to a lawyer if you need legal advice.
